“Belonging” DEI Branding

 

“Gulfstream’s DEI Program’s branding“

This project was to create branding for Gulfstream’s DEI sector. At the beginning of the project, the goal was to create a type statement for the sector. First we went with just DEI, but after reevaluating the true mission of the sector, which is to create a sense of belonging for ALL employees at the company. That is how “Belonging” got birthed.

The Process

“A sense of belonging” to me represents a group of all different types forming together and creating a bigger picture, so I felt puzzle pieces connecting together, all different colors with different finger prints represented that for me.
